"A CLOSER WALK WITH JESUS" is the theme of our midweek Lenten worship series this year, focusing on the Seven Faith Practices:
The series begins with Ash Wednesday worship on February 6th and continues on the following five Wednesdays at 7:00 pm. Canton Lutheran is participating again this year in a "round robin" with other area churches. Lenten suppers precede worship each week.
LENTEN SUPPERS - Our Lenten Suppers will begin February 6th and the W.E.L.C.A. has agreed to arrange for that to take place. We will be serving from 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm. We will need your help to donate your bread and bars. Sign-up sheets are in the East entrance for the 6 weeks. We need 5 pans of bars and 9 loaves of bread for the soup suppers. Please indicate your phone number to allow us to call if needed. Crackers are most welcome as well. Thank you for your help for this Lenten Season. It is greatly appreciated.
