| Staff/Parish Relations Meets monthly. Is the personnel committee for the church, responsible for hiring, employment policies and evaluations, termination and coordination of all paid staff. All such work is done in consultation with the program or resource committees in primary relationship with a given staff person. Serves as liaison committee between the pastor and the congregation and between the congregation and the Annual Conference, providing support, interpretation and other assistance as needed or helpful. Limited to eleven persons who are members of the Church. Nine are elected in "classes" of three for three-year terms. The other two are the congregation's elected "Lay Members of the Annual Conference". The chairperson for the 2005 program year is Terry Trube.
